We're here to help you get the most out of Koa.
Go to Dashboard and click "Connect LMS" in the sidebar. Koa supports Canvas, Moodle, and Brightspace. You'll need your university's LMS URL and your login credentials. Your courses, assignments, and grades will sync automatically.
Notes, calendar, planner, course management, grade tracking, basic flashcards, and LMS sync are all completely free. AI-powered features like the tutor, study session generator, flashcard generation, and daily briefings require Koa Premium.
When you subscribe to Koa Premium, you get a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings.
If you subscribed through the iOS app, go to iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Koa Premium > Cancel. If you subscribed on the web, go to Settings in the app and click Manage Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete My Account." This permanently deletes all your data from our servers - notes, flashcards, study sessions, calendar events, and your profile. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. Koa uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security for all user data. Your LMS credentials are encrypted. AI processing happens through secure cloud infrastructure. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Koa works with any university that uses Canvas, Moodle, or Brightspace as their LMS. Our onboarding includes pre-configured settings for Canadian universities to make setup even faster.
Yes! Koa is available as a native iOS app. Download it from TestFlight or the App Store. Koa also works in any mobile browser at koa.university.
